Senior Executive/Asst Manager (Marketing & Customer Relations)
Job description
- Develop, design, implement, and manage marketing contents, such as photographing products, edit in Photoshop and post updates on social media.
- Manage marketing databases and customer relationship management platforms.
- Manage and regularly update social media and website assets.
- Coordinate and support the development of marketing materials, such as presentations, promotional materials (web banners, posters, FB/IG posts) and emails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute marketing efforts, create website posts based on articles shared by doctors, etc.
- Manage customer interactions via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, Google reviews, etc.
- Provide administrative support for company event and activities.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Good command of English for effective marketing and customer relationship management.
- Ability to focus on details.
- Good organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies.
- Good team player.
