Niks Professional Lodges Preliminary Offer Document with the SGX-ST
SINGAPORE, September 29, 2023 – Niks Professional Pte Ltd (“Niks Professional” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), has today lodged its preliminary offer document with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST“), acting as agent on behalf of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (the “MAS”), in connection with the proposed initial public offering (the “Offering”) and listing of the ordinary shares (the “Shares”) in the capital of the Company on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST.
SAC Capital Private Limited is the Sponsor, Issue Manager, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the Offering.
An offer document in relation to the Offering (the “Offer Document”) will be made available when it is duly registered with the SGX-ST, acting as agent on behalf of the MAS, and when the Offering is made. Anyone who wishes to subscribe for Shares in the Offering will need to make an application in the manner set out in the Offer Document.
When the Offering is made, a copy of the Offer Document may be obtained on request, subject to availability, during office hours, from SAC Capital Private Limited at 1 Robinson Road, #21-00, AIA Tower, Singapore 048542.
