This payment page is intended only for patients who have been requested by our staff to make a payment. Do not use this page to pay us unless you have been specifically requested by our staff to do so.

For In-Person Appointment:
You agree that your deposit of $20 per appointment shall be forfeited if you fail to turn up for the appointment without informing the clinic at least 48 hours before the appointed time. You may inform the clinic of your intention to cancel or postpone the appointment by telephone at 62359428 or via this link.
For Remote Consultation Appointment:
You agree that your deposit of $50 per appointment will not be refunded. If change/cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be retained for use in future remote consultations. If change/cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointed time for the first time, the deposit will be retained for use in future remote consultations. If change/cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointed time from the second time onwards, $20 of the deposit will be forfeited. You may inform the clinic of your intention to cancel or postpone the appointment by telephone at 62359428 or via this link.
